Cuff bracelets are normally sold in ‘one size fits most’ sizing. If your wrist is a little larger or smaller than average, you can still wear these beautiful accessories.
Your ETTA JANE cuff can be adjusted to fit your wrist. Our cuffs are made with metals that have are lightly pliable. You can wear your cuff snug against your arm or loose around your wrist. Whichever you prefer, here’s how to put it on and lightly adjust it to your arm. You can adjust the cuff for different looks, but avoid excessive, repeated stretching and tightening to prolong the life of your cuff.
Before trying your cuff on for the first time, find the narrowest part of your wrist on the thumb-side of your hand. This is where your cuff will slide on.
ETTA JANE cuffs come with a roomy opening that will comfortably slide onto most wrists. If you need a little more room, take your cuff and very gently stretch the two ends apart, just wide enough to fit over the narrowest part of your wrist. To do this, use your hands to firmly grip each end of the cuff and gently pull the ends away from each other.
Next, turn your cuff sideways and slide it onto your wrist, turning your arm into the bracelet until it is correctly positioned.
To tighten your cuff, put your entire other hand over the cuff and gently squeeze just enough so the cuff won’t slide off, but you can still slip it off your wrist, reversing the process. From here, you can slide your cuff up or down your arm for a tighter or looser fit.
